Honoring Classified Staff
At the end of each Fall and Spring semester, Classified Senate recognizes two classified professionals with the Classified Recognition Award.
The recipients are nominated by administrators, faculty, staff, or students. They represent a classified professional who has demonstrated outstanding job performance, a positive attitude, and has shown exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills in their area, and across the Fullerton College campus as a whole.
The winners of the Fall and Spring Classified Recognition Award are then considered for the Classified Professional of the Year Award.
Spring 2024 Recognition Award: Please take a few minutes to nominate deserving Classified professionals for this Spring 2024 semester. We want to recognize our Classified colleagues for their hard work, involvement and participation in campus activities. Senate will be awarding one award for our AM staff and another award for our PM staff.
The deadline for nominations is Thursday, April 18, 2024.
Awards will be announced at the Classified Spring Luau on April 24th from 11AM – 1PM and April 26th from 5:30PM – 6:30PM!

Annual Halloween Door Décor Contest
Hosted throughout the month of October, Classified staff are invited to decorate your door, cubicle, or office to win fantastic prizes! Classified Senate wanted to say thank you to all who participated this year for the awesome Halloween décor, and for being a part of this contest. We truly appreciated seeing the campus come alive again, putting your imaginations to work, and getting involved. The judges were excited to see how creative all of you were.
